The Trevoyan Guesthouse has seven en-suite rooms – five in the main house and two garden villas with their own kitchenette and a sofa bed should you need it. Rooms are double but can be converted to twin. Please bear in mind that the Trevoyan does not allow children under 12.

The grounds are tranquil and beautifully maintained. Wake up slowly, sat on a bench under the oak tree, with a coffee in hand admiring the view. Or be engulfed in sofa cushions in the library, enjoying coffee books of the surrounding areas. A delicious homemade cold buffet breakfast is served on the terrace between 8 and 10.

The location of the Trevoyan is perfect for a central city stay. Offering the peace of a quiet neighbourhood yet convenient for a number of key Cape Town sights. It’s a short taxi ride, past Table Mounatin to Camps Bay or head through town for 5 minutes to get to the V&A. If you’re feeling particularly energetic, you could walk from the Trevoyan uphill to Lion’s Head. The restaurants and bars of Long Street are a gentle stroll away.
