DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: London to Nairobi
Fly overnight from the UK to Nairobi (via Doha).

Day 2: Nairobi National Park
On arrival you will be met and transferred to Nairobi National Park to spend 1 night at Ololo Safari Lodge, a traditional farmhouse well removed from the city offering great hospitality and the perfect surroundings to relax after your flight – a great start to any Kenya safari!

Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park.

Day 3: Nairobi NP to the Rift Valley
This morning you will be collected and transferred to Wilson Domestic Airport to board your light aircraft flight to Lake Naivasha where you will continue your safari with 2 nights at Loldia House, a colonial farm retreat on its own private concession on the shores of Lake Naivasha, expertly run by the multi-award winning Governors Safaris. Day 4: Rift Valley (Lake Naivasha & Lake Nakuru)
Full day to enjoy the Rift Valley Lakes.

Activities at Loldia include day & night drives on the Loldia Ranch, boat safaris on Lake Naivasha, excursions to Lake Nakuru and Hell’s Gate National Parks, walks and picnic lunches on crescent island and if you are feeling really active a climb up Mount Longonot!

Day 5: Rift Valley to Maasai Mara
Following a morning activity and breakfast you will fly by light aircraft directly to the Masai Mara to continue your safari with 3 nights at Sentinel Mara, a fantastic owner-run seasonal tented camp on the Mara River with a big focus on conservation and a prime game viewing location in the home of the BBC’s Big Cat Diaries – a firm Sundowner favourite!

Day 6 & 7: Maasai Mara
Two full days in this incredible region of the Mara – wildlife galore!! The main activity at Sentinel Mara is expertly led 4×4 game drives but guided bush walks are also available. Days 8: Maasai Mara to Diani Beach
Following a final morning game drive and breakfast in the Mara you will head to the airstrip for your light aircraft flight to the Kenya coast.

Landing at Diani Beach airstrip you will be collected and transferred to Afrochic where you will end your safari with 4 nights at this unique coastal oasis. Day 9 to 11: Diani Beach
Three full days to relax and enjoy. Days 12: Mombasa to UK (via Doha)
After a final relaxing morning you will transfer to Mombasa International Airport for your flight back to Nairobi. On arrival you will connect with your flight to the UK (via Doha).
