DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: London to Johannesburg
Fly overnight from the UK to Johannesburg.

Day 2: Johannesburg
On arrival you will be transferred to the African Rock Hotel to spend 1 night, designed to be both roomy and practical, this locally-owned hotel is full of culture – filled with one-of-a-kind furniture pieces designed by the owner! Why not extend your time in Johannesburg by adding another day! Contact us to talk about tailoring this holiday to your requirements.

Day 3: Johannesburg to Victoria Falls
This morning you will be taken back to Johannesburg Airport to catch a flight to Victoria Falls. On arrival you will be transferred to Gorges Lodge to spend 3 nights, whether you are enjoying a cup of coffee at sunrise on your private veranda or a cool refreshment by the pool at sunset, you will be constantly drawn to the stunning vistas provided by the Batoka Gorge and the rushing waters of the Zambezi River below.

Days 4 & 5: Victoria Falls
Two full days for you to explore Victoria Falls and the many activities it has to offer. Your stay at Gorges Lodge will include 2 activities per day – sunset cruises on the Upper Zambezi, guided tours of Victoria Falls, guided gorge-edge walks, black eagle walks and local village trips. Day 6: Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park
This morning you will board The Elephant Express – A Safari Train! Arriving into Hwange you will be transferred to Bomani Tented Lodge where you will spend your final 4 nights on safari. Famous for its massive herds if elephants, Bomani is situated in a private concession on the magnificent Ngamo Plain on the edge of a remote and unspoilt corner of Hwange National Park.

Days 7 to 9: Hwange National Park
