For the adventure seeker, there are a range of activities available in the area surrounding the property – head out on picturesque hikes, go zip lining through the trees, enjoy scenic white-water tubing, or rafting, and exciting mountain biking – there is plenty to keep you entertained! After enjoying an activity or two, you can head back to the hotel to relax by the pool or unwind with a spa treatment. The Miravalles Volcano and Llanos del Cortes Waterfalls are just a short drive away from the hotel, or visit the enchanting Rio Celeste. This incredible turquoise blue river is one of Costa Rica’s most incredible sights – with a 90-metre waterfall and trails where you can spot some incredible wildlife from!

Rio Perdido has 30 Bungalows made up of two types – East Bungalows and Centre Bungalows. Each Bungalow is different from the next, but they all have a cosy, comfortable bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a terrace with a hammock – the perfect spot to soak up the sounds of the forest as you rock gently with the breeze! Centre Bungalows are bigger and ideal for families travelling with more than one child.

The bungalows are environmentally sustainable with a warm and clean design, and can be accessed by elevated pathways. You will truly feel like you are sleeping in the heart of the forest!
