Borneo Rainforest Lodge has 31 rooms ranging from Standard Chalets to Premium Villas. Each offers an ensuite bathroom and the higher category rooms have outdoor hot tubs or plunge pools on a private balcony. None of the rooms have air conditioning but there are fans to keep you cool.

Being so remote, you will have a pretty long, bumpy ride to the lodge but we like to think that’s part of the adventure! Plus, there will be a welcome sundowner waiting for you on arrival.

As well as night walks, jungle treks and birdwatching excursions, we would recommend going tubing down the Danum River – it’s heaps of fun!
