Latin America Holiday Designer – Experienced
Asia Holiday Designer – Experienced
Africa Holiday Designer – Experienced

We therefore expect our Holiday Designers to be brilliant at exceeding client expectations and going the extra mile.
Must-have Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience of working in tailor-made travel as a travel consultant
- Experience of pulling together complex holiday itineraries
- Passion for travel and exploring new destinations
- Literate & numerate with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisation skills to self-manage and prioritise your workload and ensure fantastic client service
- Positive can-do attitude
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Strong geographical knowledge – cities, airports, key landmarks, destinations, sights etc
- Proven sales or client service experience
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
Hours:
09h00 to 17h30 Mon to Fri. Or 08h00 to 16h30. Or 10h00 to 18h30. There is flexibility.
One Saturday every 6 weeks (with the following Friday as holiday).
Out Of Hours phone management (required for 6 weeks of the year)
Annual Leave:
25 days plus bank holidays.
Birthday off
Optional volunteering day off once per year
Additional days for longer-term employees
Usually another 10 days out of the office each year on a fam trip.
Location:
Modern office in central Shoreham-by-Sea (5 minutes to rail and bus links)
Hybrid working is an option. New employees would need to commit to spending at least 4 days per week in the office for the first 3 months. Therefore applicants should be within a one hour commute of the office.
