DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: London to Lusaka
Fly overnight from the UK to Lusaka.

Day 2: Lusaka to South Luangwa
On arrival you will be met and assisted onto your flight to Mfuwe, the gateway to the South Luangwa National Park. On arrival you will be met and transferred to one of our favourite camps in Zambia, Flatdogs Camp, to spend your first 3 nights on safari. Owner managed by Jess, the camp is very relaxing, the staff extremely friendly and it offers incredible game viewing in the central Mfuwe region of the park. By the way flatdogs are crocodiles! Days 3 & 4: South Luangwa
Two full days of safari in the one of the best game viewing regions in Southern Africa. At Flatdogs the activities include game drives in open 4×4 vehicles, walking safaris and night drives. When back in camp you have a lovely swimming pool for cooling off, you can relax with a good book by the river and working closely with the local community you can arrange an informal visit to the local village. Want to know more about a day on safari? Day 5: South Luangwa to Victoria Falls
Following a morning drive and breakfast you will be transferred back to Mfuwe airport for your flight across the country to Livingstone, the Zambian side of the mighty Victoria Falls, where you will spend a further 5 nights at Camp Nkwazi in a Tented Chalet.  Owner-run this friendly lodge has a perfect location on the banks of the Zambezi River below in a very tranquil spot yet equally just a 30 minute transfer away from Victoria Falls. Days 6-9: Victoria Falls
Four full days to enjoy Victoria Falls, rest by the mighty Zambezi or head further afield – perhaps a safari in Chobe. Camp Nkwazi can organise plenty of activities including bush walks, a sunset cruise on the Upper Zambezi, tiger fishing, horse-riding and tours of the Falls. For those adrenaline junkies they can also arrange gorge swings, bungee jumps, white-water rafting and helicopter fights over the Falls. We can pre-book these activities for you if you prefer.

Day 10: Victoria Falls to the UK
Following breakfast and a relaxing morning, you will be transferred approx. 30 minutes to Livingstone Airport to connect with your flight back to the UK.

Day 11: UK
